This program provides eligible BHHC Commercial Auto insureds a participation discount when they onboard to share data from their existing ELDs, telematics devices, or dashcams. There are no restrictions on class of business or fleet size.

Eligible insureds must have both:

• An eligible BHHC policy with auto liability coverage (see exclusions below)
• Device(s) from an eligible telematics provider listed above installed

BHHC policies that are not eligible for this program include any of the following:

• Policies written in Washington
• Non-admitted policies - for example, policies with auto liability limits of $2 million or more, or policies written in Alabama or Louisiana

Insureds who are uncertain about their policy's eligibility should contact BHHC at CVTechnology@bhhomestate.com or reach out to their agent for confirmation. Program availability may vary and can change at any time.

To successfully onboard to share your telematics data, you will need your BHHC Commercial Auto policy number along with access to the admin/owner account with your telematics provider.

Accounts from most eligible providers can be enrolled in under five minutes.

To be eligible for the discount, onboarding must be completed within nine months of the policy effective date.

Eligible insureds who are past the nine-month mark and have been offered renewal may onboard before their renewal effective date. This ensures the discount is applied to their upcoming renewal.

After you complete onboarding, the discount you qualify for will be applied to either your current policy or your renewal, depending on when onboarding occurs.

• If you onboard within the first 30 days of your policy, we'll apply your discount back to your policy start date for extra savings!
• If you onboard within the first nine months of your policy, your discount will begin on your onboarding date. If you onboard closer to renewal, your discount will start on your renewal effective date.

We offer savings on key coverages, including Liability and Physical Damage. If you are eligible for the discount and have successfully onboarded, your discount percentage depends on the eligible provider and equipment installed.

• If you have devices from any eligible ELD or telematics provider, you will receive a 5% prorated discount.
• If you have cameras from an eligible camera provider, you will receive an overall 9% prorated discount.

If you change to another eligible provider, please email support@truckercloud.com to establish a connection with your new provider.

If your data stops flowing from your provider or you choose to opt out, the discount may be removed.

Currently, eligible insureds who participate will receive a 5% – 9% participation discount on key coverages, including Liability and Physical Damage.

For insureds who have onboarded on or before December 31, 2026, any driving-behavior data collected, such as speeding or harsh braking, will not impact the rates for their current policy term or when reviewing their policy for its 2027 renewal term. During this promotional period, driving-behavior data will be used exclusively for research and product improvement.

BHHC is using the data collected for research and development purposes to enhance and refine our commercial auto product. Non-driving-behavior data collected may be used to help ensure that policy information remains accurate.

We can access short recordings that are triggered by safety events such as hard brakes. We are not able to access a live view of any dashcam.
